Zonely Rent, Inc. ("Zonely Rent," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Zonely Rent platform β€” a property management SaaS solution available at zonely-rent.vercel.app and associated mobile or desktop applications (collectively, the "Service").

We use Stripe to process all payments. We do not store full credit card numbers, CVV codes, or bank account numbers on our servers. Stripe securely handles and stores all sensitive payment data. We do store:

  • Stripe Customer IDs and Payment Method IDs (tokenized references)
  • Payment amounts, dates, and statuses
  • Transaction history and receipt URLs
  • Autopay enrollment status
  • Stripe Connect account IDs (for Property Managers receiving payouts)

1.4 Usage & Technical Data

  • IP address and approximate geographic location
